When you entrust us with your dental health you will always be treated with respect. We respect you as a person, who may have concerns or apprehensions. As such, you are entitled to a comprehensive oral evaluation, a clear description of your oral health needs, and a complete explanation of all treatment options which are available to care for you. Your ancillary concerns (medical, time, financial) will always be given due consideration in planning your care.
We respect your time by scheduling one patient at a time. There is no overbooking or two hour waits. Time is valuable and we endeavor to respect everyone’s.
If you are covered by medical or dental coverage, we will do everything ethically possible to maximize the benefits to which you are entitled. We will provide you with a good faith estimate of your financial responsibilities and work with you to establish payment arrangements that enable you to afford the best possible care.

If a situation arises where we are unable to provide that level of expertise, we will refer you to an appropriate specialist; each of whom we have worked with for more than 20 years and who shares our philosophy of patient care. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best care possible. As we proceed through treatment, we will always communicate with you so that you are aware of what is happening, and if treatment modifications are required, we will always consult with you before proceeding.
