Respect.

When you entrust us with your dental health you will always be treated with respect.  We respect you as a person, who may have concerns or apprehensions. As such, you are entitled to a comprehensive oral evaluation, a clear description of your oral health needs, and a complete explanation of all treatment options which are available to care for you.  Your ancillary concerns (medical, time, financial) will always be given due consideration in planning your care.

We respect your time by scheduling one patient at a time.  There is no overbooking or two hour waits.  Time is valuable and we endeavor to respect everyone’s.

If you are covered by medical or dental coverage, we will do everything ethically possible to maximize the benefits to which you are entitled.  We will provide you with a good faith estimate of your financial responsibilities and work with you to establish payment arrangements that enable you to afford the best possible care.

Over many years, our family has received the highest quality dental care from Dr. Mark Kaufman and his wife, Kim. We have always been confident that Dr. Kaufman is providing care and treatment that is in line with the most current dental science, but if a dentist could ever be called a craftsman, that would describe him as well. He is always thorough in explaining the procedures and addressing questions. We can tell that he takes great pride in his work. He and Kim always follow up after procedures to make sure we are doing well. Kim runs the office efficiently, but also with a warm, friendly manner. This personal approach keeps their practice far from being ‘clinical.’ Our heartfelt thanks to both of them.

Quality.

You have the right to expect that the care we provide is of the highest quality that can be rendered given your unique clinical condition.  If a situation arises where we are unable to provide that level of expertise, we will refer you to an appropriate specialist; each of whom we have worked with for more than 20 years and who shares our philosophy of patient care. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best care possible.  As we proceed through treatment, we will always communicate with you so that you are aware of what is happening, and if treatment modifications are required, we will always consult with you before proceeding.

Compassion.

Excellent dental care is not easy to provide, and, for that reason, we view it as our responsibility to render this care in a courteous, comfortable, and compassionate manner.  Our task is to work as your partners to help you achieve optimal oral health.  Your comfort and well-being is the focus of our attention.  We don’t lose sight of that.

Being privileged to live, work, and raise a family in this wonderful community for over 25 years has given us a well-established track record.  As you learn more about us and listen to the thoughts of people who know us well, we ask that you consider what we have to offer you.  If you like what you learn, we warmly welcome you to join the family of patients we have been blessed to care for for more than a quarter of a century.
